FULL REINSTALL
We provide a full clean and reinstall service for troublesome devices. This process includes a full backup of your data, format of your hard drive and reinstall of your operating system and programs*. We even physically clean your hardware to remove any built up dust or debris.

COMPUTER CLEAN-UP
For regular computer clean-up's, we scan your files and do our best to fix your issue(s) and remove any viruses/malware. We will leave you with a better functioning computer and include antivirus/antispyware software at no additional charge. If your software is corrupt beyond repair, you will be advised to go with a full computer reinstall for you and your data's safety. Windows configuration tweaking upon request.
